Mark every pick as it happens: Gone for other teams, Mine for yours. Green-edged rows are targets the market says should still be there at your next pick. Gap is ESPN ADP minus the independent 9-cat consensus. Positive means ESPN drafters let him fall.

Each round lists who to take in order. Updated Oct 18. The ESPN market caught up on the guards, so the plan now takes guards early and lets the bigs ESPN undervalues (Chet, Clingan, Kessler, JJJ, Edey) come in Rounds 5 to 9. There are center checkpoints at Rounds 6 and 9. Chips update live from the board.
The recommended build is Balanced, soft punt TO. The other builds are pivots if the room forces you off it in Rounds 1 or 2.

Draft-night rules
- Read your room, not ESPN ADP. ADP comes from mostly 10-team ESPN rooms; in 12 teams players go a bit earlier. If a value target is gone 10+ picks early, the room knows; move on.
- Center checkpoint. Have one real big (REB, BLK, FG%) by pick 68 and two by pick 101. Max 4 C on the roster.
- Bench is 4. No more than one long-term injury stash. Use the 2 IR slots only for players already on IR.
- Turnovers are soft-punted. Don't pass on Cade, Haliburton or Kyrie over TO. Do pass on players who hurt FG% and FT% at once.
- Late rounds = minutes. Rookies with locked starting roles (Boozer, Caleb Wilson, Lendeborg) beat veterans in timeshares.
- 80-add cap. Draft so you don't need to churn early. Save adds for playoff weeks.
What changed on Oct 18

- New bargains on ESPN vs Yahoo: Chet (55 vs 30), Trey Murphy (63 vs 35), Kessler (67 vs 41), Clingan (69 vs 44), JJJ (77 vs 46), Edey (109 vs 74).
- Plan shift: Cade at 5. Haliburton or KAT at 20. Bigs now come cheap in Rounds 5 to 9.
- Out to start the season: Ingram, Beal, Strus, Porzingis, Nurkic, Raynaud. Chet, Knueppel, Coby White, Dejounte, Claxton, Bam, Dybantsa and Franz are game-time decisions.
